Help and feedback
ElektroKid collects nothing about you or your child. So if something goes wrong, we only find out when you tell us. You decide what you send.
Why we can't see problems ourselves
The app has no tracking, no analytics and no crash-reporting software, and it never goes online. That keeps your child's play private, and it means nobody tells us when a lesson is hard to finish or a screen looks wrong. Apple and Google send us anonymous crash totals if you allow it on your device, but nothing about what happened. Your report is how we learn.
How to send a report from the app
- Open the grown-ups area (the grown-up question, or your parent PIN).
- Tap Help and feedback, then Report a problem.
- Read the short report. It is shown in full. Switch off anything you'd rather not send.
- Tap Send by email. Your own mail app opens with the report and three questions: What happened? What did you expect? Which lesson? You can change everything before you send it. If no mail app opens, copy the report and send it to support@elektrokid.com.
The app also has Send feedback or ideas: a short summary without names (the age band you pick, lessons finished per path, the lessons that needed the most hints, Fix it puzzles solved), sent the same way.
An example report
This is all a report contains. No names, no inventor names, no progress.
ElektroKid problem report App: 1.1.0 (build 15) System: iOS 26.1 Device: iPhone17,3 Language: English Screen: /lesson/engineer-4 Errors the app noticed (1): 1. Flutter: A RenderFlex overflowed by 12 pixels on the right. #0 RenderFlex.performLayout (package:flutter/…)
The error list is the app's own, kept on your device only: at most the last ten, cleared when a report is sent and by “Reset everyone”, and deleted with the app.
What we do with your message
- We use your email address and what you send only to answer you and to fix the problem.
- We delete it once the problem is solved, after six months at the latest.
- We never pass it on.
Please don't send your child's real name or photos. We don't need them to help.
